Collaborating with you to conceive a unique composition, size and colour palette, Robyn is wholeheartedly dedicated to creating an artwork that resonates deeply with you.
Investing in a Robyn Pedley art commission is about more than acquiring beautiful artwork for your home or corporate space. It is about the energy it emanates, the connection it inspires and the story that is told through each of its resolved layers. It is about the visual impact it creates, compelling you to pause, contemplate and embrace its joy.
Here’s how it works:
STEP 1.
Robyn meets with you on-site* or in the gallery to discusses colours, mood, size and your personal style and taste (* or via phone if interstate or further away).
STEP 2.
Showing you a range of suitable compositions, Robyn works closely with you to choose the base composition that she will develop for your own artwork.
STEP 3.
We provide you with an all-inclusive quote to complete the art commission. If you are happy to go ahead, a non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required to commence your project.
STEP 4.
Robyn begins work. Sometimes this may require creating a draft sketch based on your specifications for a new concept, once this is approved the final project begins.
STEP 5.
Keeping you informed with the development of your artwork, which usually takes six-eight weeks to complete, Robyn sends regular updates to you via email.
STEP 6.
The great reveal! Once Robyn completes the work you are notified and the artwork is available for pick-up in the gallery or delivered ready to hang. Congratulations! You can now proudly tell friends and colleagues that you own a ‘Robyn Pedley’!

On my first visit back in 2020, I found the most exceptional and captivating artwork . I am the proud owner of ‘Somersby Song’. Since then I have purchased two other artworks and had a work commissioned of a favourite local scene in Robyn’s gorgeous blue ink on paper style. My entrance, lounge and dining areas are now exclusively adorned with Robyn’s artwork.
We absolutely love our two artworks by Robyn. Our first painting we saw in the gallery five years ago and we just loved it straight away, and just recently we had the second painting commissioned. When we entered the gallery to see Robyn, she remembered us and she listened to what we wanted. She showed us examples of different artworks and her creativity shone as we explained what we liked. The process was seamless, she informed us at different stages of the artwork by sending photos and emails. We went up to her gallery to see it before it was delivered and hung and she always worked around our schedule and timing.
